Cancellation Rules & Policy:
Prano Hotel is not responsible for weather conditions, personal emergencies, or schedule changes. Reservations must be cancelled (refer to your booking cancellation policy) prior to your arrival date, in order to avoid a cancellation fee. If reservation is cancelled within the cancellation policy, your credit card will be charged the full room charge including taxes.

No-show: Failure to check-in on the schedule arrival date for a reservation guaranteed with a credit card will result in a No-show fee charged to your credit card. You will be charge according to your booking policy.
Child Policy:
The hotel allows 1 child from 1 – 11 years of age to stay for free using the existing bedding.
Baby cribs/cot are upon request & subject to availability. Individuals above the age of 12 are considered as adult by the hotel and will required to add an extra bed at the additional charge.
